2004: NAVY and Congress Support the AUSV
The Hawaiian congressional delegation submitted an appropriation request in support of the Navy Region Hawaii and Commander Pacific Fleet for the development of the AUSV. The local support from the State of Hawaii strategically positions the company geographically and politically to test and demonstrate the AUSV to domestic and international clients.
