Harbor Wing enlists NEXA Capital Partners to ignite equity investment
Harbor Wing is accelerating efforts to gain additional financing by releasing a call for equity participation. In order to support our growing needs for working capital and enable us to meet product development and marketing objectives as well as build brand name recognition, we have selected NEXA Capital Partners, LLC to act as our financial advisers and support us in raising equity capital.
Over the past few months we have been working closely with NEXA as they complete their due diligence and help us to forge a world-class organization. As a result of this effort we have produced an up to date Business Overview and Financial Model for immediate release to select investors. This call for equity participation is aimed at raising in excess of $10 Million to be used to finance our next level of growth and advanced product development.
