Harbor Wing Technologies recently attended the 7th annual "The Security Summit" in San Diego CA. We are pleased to have again been recognized by being awarded a runner-up award for "Most Innovative Product" in the Maritime and Harbor Security division. Reviewed by an experienced panel of Maritime experts, Harbor Wing's advancements since last year in the continued development of our Autonomous Unmanned Surface Vessel were again seen as highly innovative and potentially game changing. The Summit again drew a prestigious group of over 40 innovative and technology laden companies focused on bringing advanced security products to Military, Government and First Responder agencies.

This award again represents the commitment and continued excellence of Harbor Wing's product development. We want to thank the Security Summit for organizing and hosting this highly regarded forum and we look forward to continued participation in the future.

Harbor Wing Technologies is pleased to announce that the company has been awarded first place in  category by the Security Network’s 6th annual Security Summit panel of judges. This experienced panel determined that the Harbor Wing AUSV was the most innovative and timely product at the show in the Communications, Disaster Preparedness and Maritime categories.  There were over 40 companies participating in the Security Summit event this year. 

This award represents continued industry recognition of the innovation that is the Harbor Wing AUSV.  We are very happy to have been recognized and to be able to share this accomplishment with you.

Harbor Wing and the California Institute of Technology (“Caltech”) on behalf of its operating division, the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (“JPL”), have decided to enter into discussions to explore the possible application of JPL technologies to Harbor Wing’s autonomous unmanned surface vessels to develop or enhance certain autonomous capabilities including but not limited to obstacle detection and avoidance, trajectory generation, waypoint following and vessel health monitoring.
